Wayfaring: Still began as a travel blog. Over the years, it became something else.
It is now a place for journeys, photographs and the moments that linger long after the itinerary ends. Some stories begin overseas. Others begin at home, around a loaf of sourdough, an airport control tower or an ordinary morning that asks to be remembered.
Stories of places, pauses, and moments that endure.
I write because some moments are worth returning to–not to relive them, but to understand what they’ve left behind.
Wayfaring: Still comprises the husband who has a finicky palate; and the wife who has a propensity to over-plan. While many journeys are shared, we don’t always see the same place in the same way. That’s part of what makes travelling together meaningful: the same itinerary often becomes two different stories.
Most entries are written by me. Every so often, you’ll find a story written from his perspective instead.
